FAO(유엔농업식량기구), UN ESCAP(아시아 태평양 경제사회위원회), WB(세계은행), ADB(아시아개발은행), PEMSEA(동아시아 해양환경협력기구) 등 많은 국제기구 관계자를 비롯하여 33개국 장차관급 인사 및 전문가, 52개 국내 유관기관도 함께해 전 세계가 ‘하나의 바다공동체’로 대륙과 문화․경제적 경계를 뛰어넘어 상호 간 협력과 연대 가능성을 확인하는 의미 있는 자리가 마련되었습니다.
