    • 제13차 생물다양성협약 당사국총회(the thirteenth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity : CBD COP13)가 지난 12월 4일부터 12월 18일 15일간 멕시코 칸쿤에서 개최되었습니다.

      본 회의는 제2차 나고야 의정서 당사국회의(COP-MOP2) 및 제8차 바이오안전성에 관한 카르타헤나 의정서 당사국회의(COP-MOP8)와 동시에 진행되었으며, 특히 해양 및 연안 생물다양성(Marine and Coastal Biodiversity) 분야에서는 생태학적 및 생물학적으로 중요한 해역(Ecologically and Biologically Significant Areas : EBSAs), 냉수대 생물다양성, 해양쓰레기 및 해저소음, 해양공간계획 등에 관한 사항이 논의되었습니다.
