- 중국, 2023년 원양 공해에 대하여 자체적인 휴어제 실시 중
- 중국은 2020년부터 국제기관 관리가 없는 원양 해역에 대한 자체적인 휴어제를 시행해 왔으며, 최근 중국 농업농촌부에서 2023년 공해 자체 휴어를 시행하고 있다고 밝혔습니다.
시행 시기와 해역은 7월 1일부터 9월 30일까지 남서대서양 공해(32°S—44°S, 48°W—60°W)와 북인도양 공해(0°N—22°N, 55°E—70°E), 9월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 동태평양 공해(5°N—5°S, 95°W—110°W )이며, 휴어 시행 기간에 오징어 채낚기, 저인망, 선망 등의 원양어선(참치연승과 참치선망 제외)의 조업을 중지합니다
현재 중국의 원양 공해 자체 휴어제에 70여 개의 원양기업, 700여 척의 원양어선이 참여하고 있습니다.
