- 단오(端午) 연휴 동안, 웨이하이 수산물 인기, 가격은 안정적으로 상승
- 단오절 연휴 동안 상동성 웨이하이 수산물시장에서 거래가 활발하고 갯가재 및 일부분 신선 어류의 인기가 많으며 가격이 소폭 상승했다. 패류 제품은 수산물 시장의 주요제품이고 가격이 안정한 편이다.
■ 신선 어류 가격 현황
연휴 동안 시장에서 신선 큰 삼치의 가격은 kg당 40~52위안이고 신선 자연산 큰 넙치의 가격은 kg당 80위안까지 상승했으며 전기보다 30% 이상 상승했다. 신선 현지산 가오리의 가격은 kg당 50~56위안이다. 단오절 전보다 신선어류의 가격은 전체적으로 안정하게 상승하였고 시장에서 공급량이 많지 않다. 하지만 양식 어류와 냉동어류는 충분하다. 시장에서 양식 큰 부세의 가격은 kg당 36~40위안이고 양식 농어의 가격은 kg당 26~28위안이다. 단오절 이후 시장에서 일부분 신선어류의 가격이 낮아질 예측이다.
■ 새우 가격 현황
그리고 단어절 식탁에는 새우는 없으면 안 된다. 현재 시장에서 큰 흰다리새우(마리당 무게가 평균 16.7g)의 가격은 kg당 70위안 정도이고 작은 흰다리새우(마리당 무게가 평균 12.5g)의 가격은 kg당 56위안이다. 시장에서 현지산 활 갯가재는 화물량이 많지 않고 가격이 상승세가 보였고 kg당 가격은 110위안까지 상승했다. 향후 각 지역의 흰다리새우와 현지산 갯가재의 출시에 따라 새우 거래의 성숙기가 오면 가격이 하락할 예측이다.
■ 패류제품 가격 현황
패류제품은 시장의 주요 판매 제품이다. 현제 시장에서 가리비의 가격은 kg당 7~8위안이고 굴의 가격은 kg당 8위안이며 바지락의 가격은 kg당 6~8위안이다. 그리고 웨이하이 현지산 큰 소라의 가격은 kg당 36~46위안이고 맛조개의 가격은 kg당 28~30위안이다. 관계자에 의하면 휴어기 동안 웨이하이 근해에서 양식된 패류 해산물은 많이 출시하고 있고 해산물시장에 공급될 것이다.
