- 베트남 전자상거래, SNS와 라이브커머스 이용률 증가
- 베트남 전자상거래 시장 특징을 살펴보면 높은 스마트폰 보급률과 SNS 이용률을 바탕으로 SNS를 통한 판매자 및 소비자가 꾸준히 증가하는 추세입니다.
베트남 산업부의 ‘20년 전자상거래 보고서에 따르면, ‘19년 SNS를 통해 쇼핑하는 소비자는 전년대비 21% 증가한 57% 판매자는 3% 증가한 39%를 달성했는데요.
베트남 주요 소비층인 MZ세대를 중심으로 라이브커머스가 인기를 끌고 있으며, 매장에 방문하지 않더라도 구체적인 제품 설명, 리뷰 등의 정보를 얻을 수 있어 자주 이용하고 있다고 밝혔습니다.
SNS 채널 중에서는 페이스북을 통한 구매‧판매가 가장 보편적이고, Gostream Tech의 조사 결과에 따르면 베트남에서 일평균 7~8만건의 라이브스트리밍 판매가 이뤄지며 점심시간 전후인 11:30~13:30과 저녁 식사 이후 트래픽 건수가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났습니다.
베트남 라이브커머스의 성공적인 사례로는 코로나19 악화에 따른 북부 응에안(Nghe An)성의 오렌지 2,000톤이 판매에 애로사항을 겪게 되면서, 베트남 농식품 판매 업체 및 응에안성 인민위원회가 협력하여 당일 약 72톤의 오렌지를 판매하는 등의 큰 성과를 거둔 것을 들 수 있습니다.
