- 2023년까지는 과세 대상 기업의 실제 매출 단가를 기준으로 세금이 부과되며, 2024년부터는 기준 단가를 토대로 세금이 부과될 예정임
- 일각에서는 특정 기간 내 특정 품질, 규격 등 기준을 설정하여 단가를 산출해야한다는 의견과 주별로 기준 단가가 갱신되어야 한다는 의견을 표함
◾ 한편, 연어 업계에서는 기준 단가 설정 필요성에 공감을 하지 않는 입장으로 석유 및 수력 발전 산업과 동일하게 실제 단가를 기준으로 연어세를 부과할 것을 제시함
