2) 원유 유조선 중 라틴 아메리카 항만에서 오는, 콜롬비아 (San Andres Island-Latitude 12o 34 '40 "N)와 그 남부 항으로 부터 다음으로 향하는 :
a) 카라치에서 코친 (Cochin)까지 서인도 항구: 수에즈 운하 정상 통행료의 65 % 감면이 허용된다.
b) Cochin의 동쪽에 위치한 항구: Suez Canal 정상 통행료의 75 % 감면이 부여된다.
