Who can apply : Anyone from countries on the DAC List of ODA Recipients by OECD
            -Government officials or researchers, professors or graduate students, anyone interested in learning about ocean affairs and/or the law of the sea

This Academy features 16 live lectures and more than 50 pre-recorded lectures by the world’s leading experts in the law of the sea, which will offer participants flexibility in study at their own interests.
Successful participants earn a professional certificate and receive preferential consideration for an invitation to a follow-on advanced academic program planned for Korea in 2022, travel and other circumstances permitting.
