- 2023년 8월 31일 발표된 미국 상무부의 반덤핑관세 예비검토 결과, 베트남산 냉동 생선 필레에 대한 반덤핑관세는 지속적으로 유지될 예정이나 그 수준은 전년 대비 축소될 예정입니다.
미국 상무부는 ‘QMC Foods, Inc.’ 및 ‘Luscious Seafoods LLC’ 등 미국 수산업체의 베트남산 냉동 생선 필레에 대한 반덤핑관세 명령 갱신 요청에 따라 반덤핑관세율 예비검토 결과를 발표했는데요.
금번 발표된 19차 예비검토 결과는 2021년 8월 1일부터 2022년 7월 31일까지 수입된 베트남산 냉동 생선 필레에 대한 것으로, 동기간 동안 냉동 생선을 수출입한 25개 업체를 대상으로 덤핑 혐의에 대한 조사를 개시했습니다.
의무 응답자로 지정된 2개 업체의 경우 개별 심사를 거쳐 각각 ㎏당 0달러, 0.14달러(한화 약 190원)의 가중 평균 덤핑마진(덤핑관세)를 적용하며, 그 외 업체는 0.14달러/㎏가 일괄 적용될 예정입니다.
한편 미국 상무부는 미국 수산물 수입·유통업체 등 업계의 강력한 요청에 따라 2023년 8월 25일, 2022년 8월 1일부터 2023년 7월 31일간 수입된 베트남산 냉동 생선 필레의 반덤핑관세 부과에 대한 20차 행정검토에 착수했음을 밝혀 그 추이가 주목됩니다.
