- 베트남, 제품 라벨의 원산지 표기 기준 개정안 발표
- 최근 베트남 정부는 제품 라벨에 관한 《시행령 No. 43/2017/ND-CP》를 수정한 《시행령 No. 111/2021/ND-CP》를 공포하였습니다. 해당 개정안은 2022년 2월 15일부터 발효되는데요.
이번에 공포된 개정안에는 [규정 15조. 원산지 표기]와 관련된 변경 사항이 포함되었으며, 주요 변경 사항은 아래와 같습니다.
① 《시행령 No. 111/2021/ND-CP》 [규정 15조 1항] 수정 조항
- 제품의 원산지를 결정하고 라벨에 표기하는 주체에 수출업자가 포함됨
: 기존 규정에서는 원산지를 식별하고 부착하는 주체로 수입업자와 제조업자만 규정됨
② 《시행령 No. 111/2021/ND-CP》 [규정 15조 2항] 수정 조항
- 라벨에 제품의 원산지 정보 표기 시 사용해야 하는 문구를 추가함
: “made in”, “manufactured in”, “country of origin”, “country”, “manufactured by”, “product of”(추가)
③ 《시행령 No. 111/2021/ND-CP》 [ 규정 15조 3항 ] 신규 조항
- 제품의 원산지를 알 수 없는 경우 준수해야 하는 원산지 표기 기준과 표기 문구를 신규 규정함
: “assembled in/at”, “bottled in/at”, “mixed in/at”, “finished in/at”, “packaged in/at”, “labeled in/at”
