◾ 현재까지 육상 양식 연어 생산량은 미미한 수준이나, 더 많은 육상 양식장이 건립 중에 있어 육상 양식 연어 공급 규모가 확대될 것으로 예상됨
- 현재 플로우 스루 시스템으로 적정 규모의 연어를 생산하는 기업은 노르웨이에 기반한 Andfjord社, Salmon Evolution社가 대표적임
- 시장 분석 업체인 Kontali社에 따르면 2025년 육상 양식 연어 생산량은 약 5만 톤이 될 것으로 추정함
